Michelle Yeoh, born on August 6, 1962, is a Malaysian actress. Michelle Yeoh
initially pursued a career as a ballerina before being crowned Miss Malaysia
in 1983. She emerged as one of the Hong Kong film industry's top female
action stars with performances in films including Yes,
Madam! and Supercop. Yeoh went on to garner international attention for
starring in Tomorrow Never Dies and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Her
performances in Crazy Rich Asians and Everything Everywhere All at Once have
contributed to a wave of films showcasing Asian American talent in
Hollywood.
